Since 2011, TrueFullstaq (formerly True) has been certified for the international standard regarding information security, ISO 27001. Earlier, in 2008, the ISO 9001 certificate for quality management was obtained. TrueFullstaq is periodically audited for both standards by our certification body, BSI.

Through ISO 27001 hosting certification, TrueFullstaq meets the highest standards for information security. Organizations within the healthcare sector can be fully supported by TrueFullstaq in complying with the NEN 7510:2017 standard. True B.V. has been affiliated as a partner of the NEN 7510 support center since July 2012.
ISAE 3402 type II
True B.V. has ISAE Type II reports. ISAE 3402 is an international standard for outsourcing. Our operational processes are documented in the reports, including information security and risk management. Our methods and procedures have been audited by an accountant.
