How long do we retain data?

Do we share your personal data with third parties?
We handle your personal data confidentially. The personal data we collect may be shared with third parties for the purposes mentioned above. These include collection agencies, application providers, our accountants, and our external (legal) advisors. We will not share your data with third parties unless we are legally obliged to do so (for example, if the police require it in case of a suspected crime).
With organizations that process your data on our behalf, we enter into a Data Processing Agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. TrueFullstaq remains responsible for these processes.

This includes entering into European Union model clauses with the recipient.
